Features

The insert used in a hydraulic cylinder piston meters hydraulic oil and minimizes high-speed movement of the piston and rod assembly, preventing cylinder damage. As pressure in the cylinder chamber increases, pressure can be bled off through the insert to slow piston movement as the piston approaches the cylinder head or the cylinder end.
