Description

The valve cover is an important component of the engine valve system. It protects the valve mechanism, keeping out dust, debris, and moisture that could damage the valves or other components. It also helps control oil in the engine by sealing the valve mechanism area. In addition, the valve cover helps dampen noise generated by the valve train, making the engine run more quietly.
