Description
Hollow pins are headless straight pins with a tightly controlled diameter that are installed by pressing into one or two parts to transmit loads or fix the position of adjacent parts. A bolt or pin can be installed through the hollow pin, so no additional drilling is required. Cat fasteners and hardware are designed for specific applications based on size, strength, clamp load, and past performance, information that other manufacturers do not have. They are carefully selected to last until the machine is rebuilt or reaches the end of its life. Non-Cat hardware and fasteners may appear to work for your machine, but other companies don't know your equipment the way we do.
