Description
The hydraulic track adjuster cylinder is used to adjust the tension of the track on tracked machines. The adjuster cylinder consists of a piston, cylinder, rod, seals, and spring. The adjuster cylinder works by hydraulically extending or retracting the piston, which moves the rod forward or backward. Movement of the rod tightens or loosens the track, respectively. Adjuster cylinders are used on a variety of tracked machines, including excavators, dozers, and track loaders.
