Description
The discharge valve is used to expel contaminants and particles from the intake air before they enter the engine. The valve is strategically placed at the air filter outlet to regulate airflow direction and prevent contaminants from flowing back into the intake. When the engine intake cycle begins, the valve opens in response to the negative pressure created during the intake stroke.
