Description
An intake manifold cover gasket is a seal used to fill the space between two or more mating surfaces and can typically prevent leakage from or into the joined objects under compression. The gasket uses compression between the mating parts to achieve a tight, leak-free seal. It is located between the intake manifold and the manifold cover and prevents contaminants from entering the engine.
