Description
Cat® alternators are designed to supply power to the battery under any operating condition, thereby powering the machine. They have proven first-class ruggedness, durability, and reliability, even at low idle. This alternator comes in two types: the brush design uses integral brushes to reduce maintenance, and constant-pressure springs allow even brush wear; the other is a brushless design, which has fewer moving parts, tighter air gap tolerances, and excellent sealing, extending service life in harsh environments (dirt, dust, high or low temperatures). Cat alternators are low-noise, compact, and lightweight, built for seamless integration into a balanced electrical system, and every unit is rigorously tested to ensure you get genuine Cat reliable performance. The product is available from stock to minimize downtime.
