Description

The Cat® K Series™ system uses a twist-on vertical retainer design that holds securely and is easy to install and remove. K Series tips are designed around the inherent characteristics of your Cat equipment and protect the machine's bucket from damage like no other tip can.

Penetration tips have a front edge cross-sectional area reduced by 50% and use highly compacted material to provide maximum penetration. The single center rib self-sharpens as it wears, which increases wear life and reduces downtime. These Genuine Cat tips add approximately 60% more Abrasion Resistant Material (ARM) to the tip body. As a result, wear life is five times that of a standard tip.
