Description
Cat hoses are designed to route liquids and gases through machine systems. These hoses are made of quality materials built to withstand the application-specific pressure, vibration resistance and flow requirements of Cat heavy-duty equipment. Cat hydraulic hoses and couplings are tested using some of the most rigorous processes in the industry. Every Cat hose and coupling combination is tested as a system to ensure a perfect fit, maximizing safety and reliability. In addition, Cat compact hoses operate at just half the SAE bend radius, allowing tighter routing in a variety of applications.
The hose is made of a special high-temperature synthetic rubber tube and one layer of high-tensile steel wire braid reinforcement. The synthetic outer layer is oil-, weather- and abrasion-resistant
Rubber.
