Description
The engine valve cover is a component located on top of the engine that covers the cylinder head and valves. It is typically made of metal, bolted to the top of the engine cylinder block, and sealed with a gasket to prevent oil leaks and keep contaminants out of the engine. Inside the valve cover, there are channels and passages that allow oil to flow to various engine components.
