Cat® hose assembly products are designed and tested as a system to achieve reliable connections, maximizing hydraulic system safety and reliability. In addition, use of properly maintained, appropriate Caterpillar tooling is recommended to ensure hoses are crimped to specification. Using Caterpillar hose with another manufacturer's couplings, or Caterpillar couplings with another manufacturer's hose, may result in hose assemblies that are unreliable, unsafe or perform poorly.
