Description
The spline engagement coupling is used in hydrostatic pump drives to connect two rotating components and transmit torque. External splines are a series of ridges or teeth that mate with the corresponding grooves or spaces on the internal spline gear coupling. Internal splines are a series of ridges or teeth that mate with the corresponding grooves or spaces on the external splines of another part.
