3P-0348 Transmission Oil Line Relief Valve

Cat® Transmission Oil Line Relief Valve

SKU: 3P-0348 Category:

Description

Relief valves are commonly used in torque converters to prevent system damage from excessive pressure. The relief valve is designed to open when pressure in the system exceeds a certain level, allowing excess fluid to escape and preventing damage to the torque converter.

If pressure exceeds the set limit, the valve opens, allowing fluid to flow back to the reservoir.

Be sure to service and replace the relief valve regularly to ensure proper torque converter operation and prevent system damage.
