353-0534 65 mm Roller Bearing
Cat® 65 mm Cylindrical Roller Bearing
Description
A cylindrical roller bearing is a form of rolling element bearing that uses cylindrical rollers instead of balls to support the radial load of a rotating shaft. Typically, a cage or retainer is used to separate the cylindrical rollers and maintain even spacing. Cylindrical roller bearings are designed for a variety of radial loads as well as axial loads in one direction only.
Attributes
- Less friction compared to other types of bearings.
- Load is distributed over a larger area compared to ball bearings.
Applications
Cylindrical roller bearings are used for high load-carrying capacity.
