Cat® double-lip wiper seal used on hydraulic cylinders in steering control
Description
Wiper seals are used inside hydraulic cylinders to keep external contaminants out of the hydraulic system. The double lip wiper cleans the hydraulic rod as it retracts and seals the oil to eliminate "weeping" (external leakage). The double lip wiper is retained by a bearing retainer and is metal-encased for added strength.
