Description
Used to direct fluids and gases through machine systems. These hoses are made from high-quality materials, can withstand the pressures of specific applications, and meet vibration resistance performance and Cat heavy-duty flow requirements. Cat hydraulic hoses and couplings are tested using some of the industry's most rigorous processes. Each Cat hose and coupling combination is tested as a system to ensure a complete fit, providing maximum safety and reliability.
The hose is constructed from a synthetic rubber hose, a fabric inner braid layer, a high-strength steel wire braid reinforcement layer and a fabric braid layer.

In addition, use of properly maintained, appropriate Caterpillar tooling is recommended to ensure hoses are crimped to specification. Using Caterpillar hose with another manufacturer's couplings, or Caterpillar couplings with another manufacturer's hose, may result in hose assemblies that are unreliable, unsafe or perform poorly.
