Description
The air filter, also known as an air cleaner or intake filter, filters the air entering the engine, removing contaminants and preventing them from entering the combustion chamber. It is located between the air intake unit and the engine intake manifold. The main purpose of the air filter is to capture and retain airborne particles such as dust, dirt, pollen and debris, preventing them from entering the engine.
