Description
The hydraulic piston pump plate sits at an angle to the center axis of the pump. By changing the angle of the plate, the operator or control system can adjust the flow rate and pressure of the pumped hydraulic oil. A plate with a higher tilt increases pump output, providing higher flow and pressure, while a plate with a lower tilt reduces output.
