Description
A valve coil is used to control fluid flow. It consists of a coil wound around an iron core. When current passes through the coil, a magnetic field is generated. The magnetic field interacts with the valve mechanism (usually a plunger or piston), causing it to move and open or close the valve. The direction of the magnetic field determines the direction of valve movement.
