Description
Cat® alternators supply power to the battery under any operating condition, powering the machine. They have proven to be best-in-class for ruggedness, durability, and reliability, even at low idle. They come in two types: the brush design uses integral brushes to reduce maintenance and constant-force springs for even brush wear; and our brushless design, with fewer moving parts, tighter air gap tolerances, and excellent sealing, extends service life in harsh environments (dirt, dust, high or low temperatures). Cat alternators are quiet, compact, and lightweight, built to integrate seamlessly into a balanced electrical system, and every unit is rigorously tested to ensure you get the reliable performance of a Genuine Cat product. Units are available from stock to minimize downtime, and all Cat diesel engine parts come with a full 12-month warranty.
