Description
Cat® grommets are made of high-quality rubber built for the equipment's environment. They keep wires and cables from contacting metal, protect cable components from vibration damage, and prevent rubbing against surrounding structures that causes vibration, shock and noise. Flared rubber flanges at both ends of the grommet hold it in place.

Applications
Cat heater grommets are specially designed seals that seal the tubes from the water valve and heater coil in Cat heavy-duty equipment. Refer to your Operation and Maintenance Manual or contact MECHSC for more information.
