Description
Cat metal face seals are used in wear applications of heavy machinery operating in extremely severe conditions, protecting internal working parts prone to heavy wear, such as bearings and gears. The seal includes two metal seal rings and two rubber toric rings. The toric rings provide proper pressure on both sides of the metal seal rings. Mechanical face seals are self-aligning seals that compensate for shaft eccentricity or misalignment.
