Description
Caterpillar 716 (single-wire braid) hose exceeds SAE 100R1 Type AT requirements for optimum reliable hose and coupling performance. This hose is impulse tested in both unaged and aged conditions up to 2.5 times the number of cycles required by SAE to ensure reliable performance. Caterpillar 716 hose meets European DIN 20022 1SN dynamic working pressure and temperature standards.

Applications
Conveys high-temperature petroleum-based hydraulic fluid, hot oil, grease, lubricants, and crude oil at medium pressure. The housing is MSHA approved. U.S. Coast Guard approved 46CFR56.60-25C. Refer to your Operation and Maintenance Manual or contact MECHSC for more information.
