Description
Track adjustment and mechanical recoil systems (e.g., 239-4373) use a large recoil spring and a grease-filled adjusting cylinder, allowing the idler to move forward and backward to absorb undercarriage impact loads while maintaining proper track tension. Used in the undercarriage systems of certain excavator models.
