203-7607 334 mm Long Air Fitting Hose
Cat® air connector hose for engine air lines
Description
The air fitting hose for air lines is a pneumatic system component used to connect pneumatic tools and equipment to a compressed air source. These hoses are designed to carry compressed air from the air compressor or supply line to the intended application, enabling efficient operation of pneumatic equipment. Air fitting hoses are usually made of flexible, durable materials such as rubber or reinforced polyvinyl chloride. They can withstand the high pressure and constant air flow of compressed air systems.
Features
- Ensures adequate air flow for the intended application.
- Enhanced wear resistance.
- Maximum temperature: 180°C.
- Proof pressure at 180°C is 275 kPa.
- Minimum burst pressure at 180°C is 412 kPa.
Applications
The air fitting hose carries hydraulic oil to power different functions such as lifting, digging, pushing, or steering.

| Hose Warning | Improper selections of hose and coupling combinations will void warranties and may result in serious personal injury or death, property damage, or component and machine system failure. Cat® hose assembly products are designed and tested as a system to achieve a reliable connection, thus maximizing hydraulic system safety and dependability. It is also recommended that appropriate and properly maintained Caterpillar tooling is used to ensure hoses are crimped to specifications. Use of Caterpillar hose with other manufacturer's couplings or the use of Caterpillar couplings with other manufacturer's hose may result in the production of unreliable, unsafe or under-performing hose assemblies. It is not recommended or authorized by Caterpillar. For additional information see SAE J1273 section 6.3 and ISO 17165-2 section 6.3. |
