Description
Gear used in transmission planetary gear sets. Cat gears are manufactured to technical specifications that strictly match the loads in Cat machines, from carefully selected high-quality materials. They are made using special (in some cases proprietary) heat treatment processes, including case carburizing, nitriding, and induction hardening.
