Description
Passive fuel level sensors (e.g., part number 525-7103) do not require any external power supply. The output signal is a variable resistance based on a float and arm that move along the column with the fuel level. A pull-up circuit is typically used to diagnose wire and sensor issues. A stainless steel bracket assembly provides a high degree of vibration stability and corrosion protection.
