Description
Relative position of components. A cotter pin is used to secure a clevis bolt or lock a castle nut. The cotter pin has two long bent prongs to lock it in place. Hairpins, round clips and ring clips do not bend in use. These pins are easy to install and remove and are suitable for light-load applications.
