Description

The valve guide is a cylindrical bushing pressed into the cylinder head that provides an accurate path for the valve stem to move up and down. The purpose of valve control is to ensure proper operation of the engine valves and to maintain correct alignment and clearance between the valve stem and valve seat, allowing the valve to open and close smoothly and efficiently.
