Cat® General Duty parts have different part numbers from the original Caterpillar® installed parts. After installing Cat® General Duty replacement parts, the machine owner/user should ensure the machine complies with all applicable requirements. If the machine has a road certification permit, installing Cat® General Duty replacement parts may affect that permit. Mufflers and fan spiders may not meet the sound level performance requirements of the original Caterpillar® installed parts.
