Description
The oil filter base is designed to serve as the mounting point for the oil filter, promoting oil flow through the filter for efficient filtration and removal of contaminants from the engine oil. The base includes an inlet and outlet connected to the engine oil passages. Oil enters the base through the inlet, passes through the filter media, and exits through the outlet, returning clean oil to the engine.
