Description
Cat® machine collet pin retainers provide a rigid fit between the linkage pin and the supporting structure, eliminating wear between the pin and the structure. Collets can be installed and removed without special tools. Cat collet pin retainers are for use with Cat collet pins only.
Features
Cat collet pin retainers are made from ductile iron or steel bar and heat treated for excellent strength and toughness. Properly tightened Cat collet pin retainers eliminate all movement and wear between the pin and the supporting structure. They work as an integral part of the pin joint system on specific Cat equipment, and their performance has been tested and proven in the world's toughest applications.
